Station Bar & Grill

Location: Monticello
Size: 6,500 sq. ft.
Timeline: 8 weeks

Customer service is a priority for Heritage. They almost always answer their phones and when I had to leave a message, they called back right away with a prompt reply. They met all my needs and were very good to work with in building our restaurant. I couldn’t find a better builder.”
Deb Cox Owner, Station Bar & Grill

PROJECT DETAILS:

Previously know as Jalapenos, the owners, wanting a more prominent location for customer traffic, moved their thriving restaurant business into the 6th Street Station Building and changed the name to the Station Bar & Grill to tie into the new location. The owners worked with Heritage Construction for their expertise and knowledge of restaurants to build a new restaurant with lots of windows for natural light and an open ceiling design. The bar area includes a drop lay-in ceiling for better acoustics.

The aggressive timeline of sixty days for the new location to be built and finalized was met by Heritage’s diligent project management, allowing the new Station Bar & Grill to open on time.
